A polygonometric network was established using Spectra GNSS receivers and a Total station. With the total station a partial survey was accomplished. Using the DJI UAV Phantom 4 RTK, aerial photographs were captured in the form of a grid in a low altitude.
Using a Faro laser scanner, a three-dimensional scan of the maisonette was performed. Through the above scans, a point cloud with real texture was produced, with a resolution and accuracy of only a few millimeters. In addition, a topographic diagram, as well as diagrams of plan views, views and sections were produced.
Finally, through ground, aerial photos and 360° photos, a virtual tour was carried out inside the building, as well as in the surrounding area. In that way, any remote visitor can tour the site and receive all the necessary information about the building and the complex in which it is located.
